TX Assets is a DBA of Central Texas Asset Holding, LLC. This notice explains how information is handled on the TX Assets website (txassets.org), when you book a call with Kevin, and when you answer our optional preparation questions. Questions: kevin@txassets.org.

This website

Netlify hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and the pages requested, to deliver and protect it. Our own pages do not include analytics or advertising pixels, and our page code does not set cookies or use browser storage.

The booking calendar on this website is provided by HighLevel (also shown as LeadConnector) and can load from HighLevel’s service while you are viewing this website, not only when the booking section is on screen. HighLevel’s calendar may set cookies and load third-party technology, including advertising technology from Meta (Facebook). A link to open the same calendar on HighLevel’s own page is also provided.

Booking a call

The calendar asks for the details needed to schedule the call, such as your chosen time and email address. We use HighLevel to process booking information on our behalf. This notice covers that use. HighLevel also describes its own processing in its policy: HighLevel privacy policy, Meta privacy policy.

Prefer not to use the calendar? Email kevin@txassets.org with a few times that work, and we can arrange the call by email.

Emails about your booking

After you book, we send a confirmation and preparation email from kevin@txassets.org. HighLevel sends these emails on our behalf using our sending domain. They may include an open-tracking image that can report opening activity to HighLevel; it does not reliably show that a person opened the email. We have turned off HighLevel’s click tracking for these emails; your own mail service may still rewrite or scan links. Replies to these emails are received through HighLevel and kept with your contact record in our HighLevel account, where Kevin reads and answers them.

Optional preparation questions

Our booking email includes a link to a short questionnaire about your business, for example your business name, website or social page, rough revenue range and goals, capacity and main challenges. The seven preparation questions are optional. The link is prefilled with your booking email and carries a reference to your appointment so that we can match your answers to your call. Your answers are stored in our HighLevel account and in our business records. We use them to prepare for the call and may reuse them when preparing a follow-up.

How we prepare for your call

Before a call, we may research your business using public sources, such as the website or public social page you give us and public listings. We use AI tools in that work. Public-source research may be run by an automation using xAI’s Grok; the research request contains the public web address and the topic of the call, not your questionnaire answers. Our internal preparation, which combines that research with your answers into a brief for Kevin, uses an AI assistant from OpenAI (Codex) on our systems and accounts, so your answers may be processed by that service as part of preparing for the call. That assistant reviews the internal brief it prepares for Kevin. The brief is internal call preparation and is not automatically emailed to you.

After a call, a follow-up email may be drafted with AI assistance from Kevin’s notes. Kevin approves any follow-up email before it is sent; follow-up emails are not sent automatically.

After you book or contact us

We use your booking details, answers and messages to arrange and hold the call, send calendar invitations and updates, prepare for the call, and respond to your inquiry. Google Calendar and Google Meet support scheduling and video meetings, and TX Assets uses Microsoft Outlook for business email. Calendar invitations may show the organizer and invited participants. These services process information needed to provide their functions under their own policies: Google, Microsoft, Netlify, xAI, OpenAI.

Links to other sites

Links to Facebook, Instagram and HighLevel’s own booking page open services run by other companies. Their privacy practices apply on their sites.

Your choices and requests

You can arrange a call by email instead of using the calendar, and the preparation questions are optional. To ask what information we have about you, or to request a correction or deletion, email kevin@txassets.org. We will review your request and explain any records we need to keep. For information these services process on our behalf, contact us through the same email. Their notices also describe processing they may carry out for their own purposes.

Changes

We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
